HOW TO MEASURE YOUR SPACE
In determining the square footage of your space, measure the height and length of the entire area including windows and doors. Do not include molding and baseboards in your measurement. If your footage is between whole measurements, round up.
Multiply the height of the wall in feet by the length of the wall in feet and you have the square footage of a single wall. Repeat for each wall and add together for total square footage.
We recommend padding your order with 10-20% more wallpaper than you actually need. For continuity, ordering extra paper can help with installation adjustments and future dye-lot issues for replacing a portion as needed.
HOW TO INSTALL PRE-PASTED
All hanging surfaces must be smooth, clean, dry, and structurally intact before applying wallpaper.
Apply water to the back using a clean paint roller to activate the adhesive. Cover completely, especially near the edges. Gently fold each pasted end towards the middle so that the adhesive backs touch. This is called booking. Be careful not to crease the paper in any way. Allow to rest in this booking phase for 3-5 minutes before hanging.
Line up the patterns at eye level and use a wallcovering tool or plastic scraper to smooth the wallpaper onto the wall. Press from the center and work out towards the sides. With a sponge, wipe off excess adhesive from the face of the wallcovering.
Overlap the second panel about 1/2” over the seam of the first. Repeat this process along the wall, making adjustments for windows, doors, and wall switches.
HOW TO INSTALL PEEL & STICK
All hanging surfaces must be smooth, clean, dry, and structurally intact before applying wallpaper.
Peel 6” from the top of the first panel. Place the top onto the wall being careful not to crease the paper. Once the panel is level, begin to press gently in the center and using a smoothing tool, work out towards the sides to remove any air bubbles. Continue working in sections or segments of the panel, removing the backing and pressing the exposed adhesive part until at the bottom of the panel.
Overlap the second panel about 1/2” over the seam of the first. Repeat this process along the wall, making adjustments for windows, doors, and wall switches.
