The digital download JPG file(s) are available immediately for download after purchase.

To access your digital files:

Once purchased, the file is available for download in the Order Confirmation page. You will automatically receive a standard order confirmation email, followed by an email containing a link to the file.

IMPORTANT: This link will expire 24 hours after the purchase. If you click an expired link, we'll send a new link to the email address used for the initial purchase. If there are any issues, please reach out to us and we will manually re-send the download link.

From your email, select the download link and download the image. Please be familiar with where your files are saved on your device.

We recommend creating a new dedicated image folder on your mobile device and name it 'Frame TV Art'.

Go to downloads location, select downloaded image, and save image to your phone in this new folder. You may need to locate the image and then save to this folder.
